At Gypsy Rose, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right — quickly and without hassle.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received them
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you do not need to ship it back. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required. This is our promise to you.

How to Request a Refund or Return

To start a return or refund request, email us at support@gypsyrose.store with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.

Return Shipping

For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, no return shipping is required — see the section above.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items that have been used, opened, or are not in original condition
• Items damaged due to misuse
